As an experienced swimming pool professional, I have installed, repaired, and renovated swimming pools across Sonoma, Napa, and Marin Counties for more than 40 years. My lifelong love of pools began as I grew up in Southern California. I dipped my toe in the profession by taking a job at my uncle’s pool store, where I learned pool service and repair, as well as everything that can possibly go wrong or break in a swimming pool. Later I moved on to building beautiful pools across SoCal, from Palm Springs to Beverly Hills. When the economy stalled in the 1970s, I switched to selling and installing fiberglass spas. (Believing I’d have to pursue a much different profession, I also earned a master’s degree during this time, but that’s another story.)
As the economy began to recover in the early 1980s, I relocated to Sonoma County, where I renewed my love for swimming pools—and I’ve been designing, building, renovating, and maintaining beautiful swimming pools ever since.
